Do Follow for Simple Think

When people give a comment in one blog, they expected to get backlink. But in wordpress and other platform, the expected couldn’t be happened. Coz’ the comments by default are set up to “No Follow” as dead link and search engines will not count the link as they are crawling the internet. Too bad isn’t it?

Start from today, Simple Think has turning off “No Follow” and turning on “Do Follow”. It means everyone who leave comments in this blog will going to be “link love”, you’ll get a backlink. That’s my appreciate

Download the plugin in here.
Then upload at your cpanel : wp-content/plugins.
Extract it.
The last, activate in your plugins (dashboard). You’re done!

Smilies Themer

Since I have an wordpress blog on March,2008, i want to get closer with wordpress, include the plugins. Phew! Wordpress is a little bit hard for me who is the newest wp user . Lucky me, i have one special person who always helping me.

When I’m searching for the other smiley plugins than one on this blog, I found the Smilies Themer. This plugin has a lot of smiley categories.
In one pack, you can have 15 smile categories. If you get bored with one, you can change it to another. And it was really easy, just click the categories that you want and save it. But remember, for each categories, the code are not all the same, so you’d better think which smiley that you want to using it mostly.

Oh yes, if you want to use your custom smilies, just change the image. First, pick one categories that you want to replace it with your own on control panel menu. Then, upload your own smiley image with THE SAME NAME with the old. Yeah!! Your smiley looks good now

Intense Debate for Ur Blogger Beta Comment Box

As many people know, comment box on wordpress is very helpful to get many comments from your blog visitors. Coz’ it’s really simple and doesn’t take a long time to click “Post a Comment” again such in Blogger.

Because of that reason, I choose to have a blog in wordpress, too. But still I have a wish, my blogs in Blogger can have a comment box like wordpress.

The miracle has comin’ Now, everybody who has Blogger Beta can make their comment box like wordpress. Yippiee!! I found that on Intense Debate. The installation is very easy. But this widget is not recommended for Blogger who has a long time posting with many old comments, coz’ the comments won’t be displayed but not disappear-it’s only replaced by this widget. If you remove this widget, your old comments will be displayed again

So, I’ll sharing how to install Intense Debate Comment Box on your Blogger Beta. Here’s the instructions :

This widget highly recommended for Blogger Beta with new blog which has any comments yet.
Your comments on this widget cannot find on your posts and search engine, so you better think it deeply.
Go to Intense Debate and sign up if you don’t have an account in there. And then login to.
At the bottom left, you will find Add Blog button, click it, fill the form and then click Save Settings button.
At the right top tab, you will see “Install Intense Debate” button. Click it.
Type your URL blog and choose installation type for Template not Widget.
Now you have to do is login to your Blogger Beta account.
Choose your blog that you’ve entered the URL on step 3 above. Click the Layout and then Edit HTML.
Click Download Full Template and save it to your computer.
Now, back to Intense Debate. Click Browse button and find where your template was saved on step 6 before.
On “Replace Comments On”, choose for All posts and then click “Upload file and continue” button.
Now, you have to click the Download New Template and save it to your computer.
Back to your Blogger. On the browse button, find the new template that you’d been download from Intense Debate.
And then click save setting.
Look at now, your comment box Blogger has a new look, such like a wordpress.

Hope this widget can make your visitors will give their comments, more and more..

Oh, by the way, beside this comment box, you can using the other widget like recent comments, top commenters and blog stats. Just click the “add-ons” tab on your Intense Debate account.

RSS Unique Button

When I’m searching for new layout, sometimes I see many such a great RSS button that people have on their layout. So I’m looking for it by google search. And I found this link 51 RSS Button for Ur Blog.

Wow!! There’s a lot of unique button in there. For example, you can see the button above. So I’ve got a little confused now, which button should i picked for my blog. As you can see, I’ve chosen and the colour is changed. I used the hue and saturation on adobe photoshop, make it to dark orange. I just wanna be different from else
