SEA Games is a sporting event that is followed by 11 countries in Southeast Asia namely Brunei, Cambodia, Laos, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Timor Leste and Vietnam. The first time was held on 12 to 17 December 1959 in Bangkok, Thailand. SEA Games held every two years. This time will be held in Indonesia on 11 to 22 November 2011. A total of 43 sports to be contested later.

SEA Games in Indonesia which is the 26th event will be held in two cities, Jakarta and Palembang. Meanwhile, Indonesia SEA Games Organizing Committee has launched the official mascot for the 2011 SEA Games, Modo and Modi on April 25, 2011.

Modo Modi 26th SEA Games Mascot in Indonesia 2011 is an animal native to Indonesia, Komodo which is the largest lizard in the world. Komodo live on Komodo Island which is located in East Nusa Tenggara, is the only island in the world inhabited by komodo who was mentioned as relatives of ancient creatures, dinosaurs. Komodo National Park Authority noted the current population of Komodo live on this island about 1,200 tails with a ratio of three males, one female.

Komodo Island to be nominated wonders of the world by new7wonders. For this reason, the Komodo was chosen as Modo Modi 26th SEA Games Mascot in Indonesia 2011. This is the pride of Indonesia, especially for the province of East Nusa Tenggara.

Modo Modi doll has a unique character. Modo is a male Komodo, dressed in green and white batik sarong with a brown complexion. While Modi is a female Komodo with a yellow complexion, wearing batik skirts and scarves batik. Modo Modi doll image can be seen in the picture above.

Hopefully Modo Modi 26th SEA Games Mascot in Indonesia 2011 will truly be the pride of all for Indonesia. Yay!

For this Euro 2008, I really excited with the mascot. Yup..Trix and Flix. The twins kid, i love twins and i hope can have twin babies someday

Trix and Flix is the twins who’s got their names by voting on internet www.euro2008.com.

Trix with t-shirt team of Austria, white 20 is serious and self-controlled. Flix with t-shirt team of Switzerland, red 08 is cheerful and creative. The number is based on year of the tournament.With Shaggy, the twins are dancing on reggae Jamaican style.I really like the twins when i see their clips on television. So sad, the chance to get some picture with Trix and Flix when watching one of the music live event in Indonesia national television with my friend and Uda, has gone because of my bashful
