Collections on Farmville game is an interesting activity by finding mystery things on your farm or your friend’s farm. There are so many items you can collect and trade it with a reward. Totally 24 items that you have to collect in 4 different sets.

Collections will be unlocked at level 10 and it’s located as an extension of the ribbon menu. Collections is another way to get more XP, coins or fuel refills because a completed collection will give you a reward as I mentioned earlier. After mystery eggs, now you have a new mystery which is find mystery items while you are “working” on your farm or visiting neighbours. It is fun, you will never know what you get ‘coz it’s a random chance to get the mystery item. Check below for more details!

Collections divided into 5 kind of sets and each set has 6 different items :

1. Gardening Tools Collection : gloves, trowel, cultivator, twine, pruning saw and shears.
2. Country Kitsch Collection : needlepoint, spigot, pocketwatch, salt shaker, thimble and cow bell.
3. Bugs Collection : ladybug, dragonfly, caterpillar, stick bug, bettle and centipede.
4. Butterfly Collection : emperor, painted lady, blue butterfly, swallowtail, zebra and copper.
5. Feather Collection : green plume, hen feather, dapple plume, red feather, bandid quill and blue feather.

Each item in any sets of collections has 10 maximum that you can collect. If you have one fully set by collecting their items, you can trade it with 3 kinds of REWARD such as 250 XP; 5,000 coins; and 5 Fuel refills. You can share your reward by posting it in your wall and in 24 hours, 5 of your friends can get one of 6 kinds of item in fully set that you had achieved before. Example : if you have completed Country Kitsch collection and posting the reward, then your friends have an opportunity to get one of six items that belongs to Country Kitsch collection (needlepoint, spigot, pocketwatch, salt shaker, thimble and cow bell).

Also, your friends can get another free items by click on your post Uncommon/Rare collection item. It means when you found them, you can share it for five your friends only. And they will get the same item with what you found. Example on picture above, click on “Find a collectable”, and you will get a pop up “You’ve been awarded a Pruning Saw! Find it in your gift box to add it to your collection”. So, go to your farm and you will get Pruning Saw in your gift inbox.

When you found one item in game, a little pop up will appears above neighbour bar, see on above picture, please. It is alerting you to what item you found, what set it belongs to, and how many more items you need to complete the set. All items in four collections can be found by multitasking such as plowing, harvesting from trees and animals, fertilizing, and gifting, it is a random.

Collections items can be found by doing this activity :

• Collect from ducks.

You will get : dapple plume.

• Harvesting trees.

You will get : caterpillar, blue feather, pruning saw, stick bug, blue butterfly, zebra butterfly, copper butterfly.

• Fertilizing crops.

You will get : beetle, cultivator, ladybug, red feather, shears, swallowtail butterfly, painted lady butterfly.

• Collect from chickens.

You will get : hen feather.

• Collect from turkey and geese.

You will get : bandid quill.

• Collect from sheep

You will get : twine.

• Collect from cows.

You will get : cow bell.

• Gifting from gift page.

You will get : dragonfly, needlepoint, green plume, gloves, emperor butterfly.

• Plowing plots.

You will get : centipede, pocketwatch, salt shaker, spigot, thimble, trowel.

When you have completed one set of collection, all you have to do is :

1. A pop-up notification of Completed Collection.


You will get a pop-up notification that told you have completed one of four sets of collection. On the picture above, the set of Bugs collection has completed. Just click “ACCEPT” to go to next step.



2. Trade In


When you click accept on above, you will be taken to a collection window. It will show you which collection that you’ve completed. Now, you have to click “TRADE IN” on the right top of completed collection.



3. Rewards


After you successfully trade in your completed collection, you will get 3 rewards consist of 250 XP, 5000 coins and 5 fuel refills. Click “ACCEPT” to share your good news about completed collection to your friends.



4. Share collectable to your friends.


The picture above will shown in your newsfeed and your friends can get a random collectable by clicking “Get a collectable”. The collectable is the items of your recent completed collection. This is limited for 5 friends only.
