Today I’ve found a new ribbon from farmville. Its called Crop Whisperer. Its explaining that you have to fertilize 100 neighbour crops. I was wondering about this and start collecting trully information about this.
Farmville team called this “Crop Fertilizer”. It can be found when you complete helping by visiting one neighbour and wait until a second. If you see a little bag icon (Super Grow), it means you achieve 5 bag fertilizer. But if you don’t, you have to visit and help another one neighbour. Do this over and over again, one by one for your neighbours.
And then, you can using that fertilizer on your neighbour’s farms. The next happened is crops getting bigger than normal and sparkle. And for everyone who has get their crops fertilized, don’t let them wither ‘coz you will get XP when you harvested that fertilized crops. You can fertilizing your neighbour’s farm after achieved level 4 on FarmVille game.
Here is my experience when I receive the bag fertilizer :
- Visit and help one of your neighbours farm and wait a second until the bag fertilizer icon show up on the fuel where was.
- Just still staying on that neighbour, direct using the fertilizer on your neighbour crops or plowed plots, maximum 5 crops.
- The bags fertilizer ONLY can be used to your neighbours farm which are visited by you, not yours.
- 5 bags = 5 crops, will be counted 5 helps.
- For 1 bag that you fertilizing on one plot of neighbour’s farm, you will get 4 coins and 1 XP.
- On your journey helping all of your neighbour’s farms, you can receive bags fertilizer from some of them. Just like me, I got 64 helps from 5 of 50 neighbours.
- If your crops has been fertilizered by some friends, don’t let them wither ‘coz you will get XP.
UPDATE 24.10.09 :
My onions are getting bigger, look at on the picture. One crop fertilized will give you 1 XP harvest. Nothing change for the selling price or mastery point. So, if your crops has been fertilized by 5 bags of Super Grow, you can collect 5 XP harvest total.

Now, you can fertilize on your neighbour’s fully grown crops or plowed plots. So, you can get more faster to achieve blue ribbon of Crop Whisperer 
I think I read that its random, and a limited feature now on the zynga site, not sure when it will be more common. But for the first week I played farmville there were hardly any lost animals on mine/my friends farms but lately it seems like there is a plethora of pink cows and ugly ducklings so maybe the same thing will happen with the fertilizer… ? here’s to hoping. The only RIbbon I’m not trying to get is the one that requires a certain number of friends… I just don’t know that many people into farmville and won’t add strangers on FB just to get a ribbon in a game lol
